The recruitment process

1. Initial selection of a candidate in terms of education and qualifications. If you meet our requirements we will contact you by phone. During the telephone conversation, we will talk about your professional experience, qualifications and your expectations.
2. You will be invited to an interview, which will be conducted by your future supervisor as well as an employee of Human Resources/HR
3. After completing each stage of the recruitment, we will inform you about our decision. If it is positive, we will invite you to a meeting at the company or we will present a job offer by phone.
4. After signing the employment contract, we prepare an individual implementation training program for each employee. This training is aimed at better acquainting the employee with the specifics of the operation of our plant.

not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

8. Providing your personal data in the scope resulting from art. 22a of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data by you
is voluntary.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. In the event that the scope of the
data sent by you exceeds the catalog specified in Art. 22a of the Labor Code, please include the following clause: “I consent to the processing of my personal data in
